ELEMENTARY OIL 30ml  Krayna is a natural, vegan product with multifunctional effects. It contains well-known and comprehensively tested plant oils that have a regenerating and conditioning effect on the skin, hair and nails. 

Oils from raspberry seeds , sweet almonds , sunflower seeds and grape seeds effectively rebuild the hydrolipid barrier of the skin, and the active substances they contain have anti-aging and antioxidant properties, regulate the physiology of the epidermis in its superficial part and in its deeper, living layers.

Vitamin E neutralizes free radicals, slowing down skin aging and counteracting the harmful effects of solar radiation. Krayna oil has been enriched with rosemary extract , which was obtained using the most effective and modern extraction method with supercritical carbon dioxide, thanks to which it retained maximum biological properties. Valuable ingredients are enclosed in a glass bottle with a convenient pipette, allowing for proper dosing during daily care of various areas of the body.

MAIN ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Raspberry seed oil is an exceptionally valuable cosmetic ingredient with versatile effects. The ingredient obtained from raspberry seeds by cold pressing has a high content of EFAs (essential unsaturated fatty acids), polyphenolic compounds and phytosterols ^[ . It has an antioxidant effect, slowing down the skin aging process - dedicated to dry, rough, atopic, sensitive and mature skin. It has antimicrobial properties, therefore it supports the natural skin microbiome. It has properties that penetrate the skin well, therefore it promotes the penetration of active substances in cosmetics. Regulates the functioning of the sebaceous glands, indicated for the care of combination skin, prone to oily skin in the T zone, and acne-prone skin.

 Sweet almond oil is an oil rich in glycerides of oleic acid (approx. 80%) and linoleic acid (approx. 15%), as well as phytosterols and vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, D and E). It is an emollient (softens the skin, moisturizes), preventing excessive water escape from the skin. It supports skin regeneration and does not irritate, so it can be used for the care of skin with eczema and psoriasis. It has a positive effect on the condition of the hair - it strengthens it, gives it shine, prevents brittleness and regenerates it after hairdressing treatments. Supports the treatment of scars and stretch marks. Obtained by cold pressing ripe sweet almond kernels from the almond tree, it is light and easily absorbed.

 Grape seed oil is cold-pressed grape seed oil, rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, flavonoids (60-70%) and a strong antioxidant - resveratrol. This oil increases skin hydration by limiting the evaporation of water from its surface. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Smoothes the skin and hair, improves skin elasticity and elasticity, especially indicated for the care of mature skin, as well as softening hypertrophic scars (including post-operative ones) and stretch mark therapy.

 Sunflower seed oil is an oil rich in active ingredients - flavonoids, alkaloids and tannins. It contains a high concentration of unsaturated fatty acids - especially oleic and linoleic acids, which support the integrity of the stratum corneum and improve skin hydration .  Linoleic acid is also a component of sebum, so supplying it from the outside has a seboregulating effect and calms overactive sebaceous glands. Therefore, sunflower seed oil can be successfully used in products for oily and acne-prone skin. Polyphenols, such as ferulic acid and caffeic acid, have strong antioxidant properties and slow down the skin aging process. Their action is supported by vitamin E contained in the oil. Sunflower seed oil softens and smoothes the epidermis, and is also useful in the care of dry and damaged hair shafts.

 Vitamin E is called the "vitamin of youth" for a reason. A number of its beneficial properties reduce the adverse effects of exogenous and endogenous factors (coming from the environment and acting "from the inside") on the skin and slow down its aging. Vitamin E prevents inflammation and degradation of blood vessels. It strengthens the intercellular cement structures, improving the hydration and barrier functions of the epidermis. It prevents the degradation of lipids in the skin, thus protecting the integrity of the hydrolipid layer. Indicated for the care of all skin types, especially for mature, oily, acne-prone skin, with seborrheic inflammation and other inflammatory conditions. Vitamin E also has beneficial properties as an addition to cosmetic formulas rich in oils, as it prevents the breakdown of fats (anti-rancidity), becoming a natural preservative and stabilizer. 
 Rosemary leaf extract is an extremely effective cosmetic ingredient obtained from rosemary leaves. Rich in phenolic acids, flavonoids and terpene compounds, thanks to which it has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, and therefore strong anti-aging properties. When used topically, it inhibits the oxidation of fats in cell membranes and glycation of proteins - undesirable biological processes responsible for skin aging. 

Rosemary extract contains many valuable essential oils, including: borneol, cineole, pinene and camphene. These oils effectively limit the growth of bacteria and fungi, supporting the skin microbiome and limiting the development of acne lesions, as well as supporting the treatment of dandruff in the scalp. Rosemary extract has antihistamine properties, reduces itching, swelling and calms the allergic skin reaction. 

In skin exposed to UV radiation, collagen production decreases and its breakdown by enzymes called metalloproteinases increases. Scientific research has shown the effectiveness of rosemary extract in inhibiting the activity of metalloproteinase 1 - this extract may help reduce skin damage caused by solar radiation6.

 The rosemary extract used in the Krayna Elemental Oil formulation is obtained through a very effective and ecological supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method. This means that no dangerous solvents or other chemical substances were used when obtaining the leaf extract that could contaminate the final product. This method ensures the highest purity of the extract without impurities and unwanted components, because the substance used for this process is carbon dioxide brought to a liquid state, which evaporates after use. Moreover, it is an oxygen-free process, so there is no oxidation of active ingredients. The supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method is sometimes called "green chemistry" because it produces a microbiologically sterile extract, free of contaminants, obtained in a process that is harmless to the environment. Krayna likes these plant extracts the most.

"CLOSING" CARE

An essential element in the care of our skin is to provide it with ingredients that support the lipid barrier of the epidermis. Krayna creams have a light, well-absorbed formula, making them perfect for all skin types. Sometimes, however, the skin needs a "booster" in the form of a dose of lubrication so that the stratum corneum of the epidermis can properly retain water in the skin and effectively defend against external factors (sun, air pollution, microorganisms). Krayna oil can be used for this purpose in various ways:

• apply a few drops to the skin after applying serum or cream - in the morning or evening; method dedicated to dehydrated, sensitive, vascular and atopic skin; supports water retention in the epidermis, improves the softness and elasticity of dry, rough skin;
• mix a few drops of the oil with the cream in your hand (it easily combines with AY creams), and then gently massage into the skin - in the morning or in the evening; a method especially liked by oily and combination skin - it does not leave an unpleasant layer on the skin surface;
• apply to cleansed and slightly damp skin (after washing, after using tonic) and massage gently - in the evening; a care method for all skin types that require improved hydration, elasticity and calmness.

CLEANSING THE SKIN

Removing make-up and cleansing the skin are essential steps in skin care, determining daily hygiene as well as the safety of using creams and other cosmetic products. In order for the active ingredients of a serum or cream to be absorbed properly, we must enable them to do so by cleansing the surface of the epidermis and intercellular spaces, which are the routes of penetration into the deeper layers of the skin. First, we remove makeup or its remnants. Skin coloring products contain pigment particles that need to be “removed” from the skin in an appropriate manner. Even if you don't wear makeup, cleansing your skin morning and night is essential to keep it healthy. Washing the skin supports the naturally occurring process of exfoliation of the epidermis. In addition, in the morning, the remains of care products used at night are washed off, and in the evening - the remains of the cream, sunscreen and airborne particles of impurities, e.g. dust.

Classic make-up removal and skin cleansing products contain surfactants (foaming agents, collecting impurities), thickeners, opacifying ingredients, dyes and preservatives - all of them can irritate and dry the skin. That is why cleansing the skin with natural oils has many advantages. They dissolve makeup perfectly, collect impurities from the skin surface that accumulate during the day, without damaging the lipid barrier of the epidermis. Their low irritation potential is a unique advantage compared to classic make-up removal gels and foams.

Krayna Elemental Oil fits perfectly into the philosophy of safe skin cleansing - its elemental composition is free of irritating substances that are commonly added to cleansing cosmetics.

• We put a few drops of Krayna Oil on our hands and then massage it into the dry skin of the face with makeup applied. Massage the oil in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. After dissolving the make-up on the skin, wash it off with lukewarm water (with your hands, a cotton pad or a make-up removal towel).
• During evening care, to cleanse the skin of the face, neck and cleavage, apply a few drops of Krayna Oil on your hands and then massage it into the skin moistened with water. Massage the oil in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Wash off with your hands, a cosmetic pad or a make-up removal towel.
• Krayna oil is also great as a cleansing product using the OCM ( Oil Cleansing Method ).

HAIR CARE

Healthy and well-groomed hair adds beauty and highlights the beauty of our complexion. Unfortunately, disruption of hair growth and structure is a common problem. Sometimes it is the result of a disease in the scalp or a systemic disease. Often, physical or chemical factors cause the structure of the hair shaft to change through trauma. The following are not good for the hair: excessive or too aggressive brushing, thermal treatments (drying, straightening), intense and too long exposure to sunlight, bleaching, bathing in salt water, scratching or rubbing the scalp. It becomes dry, brittle, dull and brittle. Healthy hair has well-adherent hair sheath cells (commonly called "cuticle"). To make the hair shaft smooth and look healthy, you can help "close the cuticle" by using natural oils. Krayna Elemental Oil can be used:

• for wet or dry hair oiling - oiling is a process that improves the condition and appearance of hair, especially high porosity hair. The oiling process is carried out using natural oils, without artificial ingredients, which is why Krayna Oil is perfect for this purpose!
• for conditioning hair ends after washing - The oil can be applied to wet or dry ends - after rubbing a few drops in your hands, comb the ends with your fingers like a comb;
• for the care of facial hair - apply Krayna Oil on the beard and mustache after rubbing a few drops in your hands, at the end of the care (e.g. after applying the AY 4 cream to the face and neck). It can be used in the morning, it does not stain clothes, especially the hem of a T-shirt or collar.

CARE OF SCARS/STRETCH MARKS

Stretch marks are parallel, spindle-shaped bands of thinned skin. They form gradually as a result of the skin's reduced susceptibility to stretching. In stretch marks, collagen and elastin fibers are damaged and arrange incorrectly.

The formation of a stretch mark may be accompanied by itching and burning. Both "fresh" (red, bluish) and "mature" (white atrophic lines) require care if we want to reduce their visibility. 

The scar has many features, such as stretch marks - the epidermis is smoothed, normal support fibers disappear (collagen and elastin) and a reddish color in the initial period. Its maturing process takes place in the first 12 months. This is the time when proper care can reduce the visibility of the scar and limit its shrinkage, which is often associated with discomfort, a feeling of "pulling" the skin, and itching).

The basic recommendation for the care of scars and stretch marks is to massage them. Its effectiveness has been confirmed by research and is recommended by dermatologists, surgeons and physiotherapists. For the massage to proceed properly, without excessive stretching of the skin, it is best to use a lubricant, e.g. oil. Krayna Elemental Oil will be a great choice for both stretch marks on the breasts, thighs and buttocks, as well as post-operative scars (in the maturation phase, i.e. after a minimum of 3 weeks after the wound has healed).

Massage with Krayna Elemental Oil has a beneficial effect on scars and stretch marks by: improving hydration and water retention (inhibiting scar growth), softening effect, stimulating epidermis regeneration.

Apply a few drops of Krayna Oil to the skin with stretch marks or scars (especially hypertrophic ones), and then massage several times a day for a few minutes, according to the rules: massage along the scar/stretch mark, do not stretch the skin excessively.
